Although roofs will be included in a property survey these will only be viewed from ground level. Further investigation may be required if defects are suspected or if additional confidence is required in the condition of the roof. This can highlight defects, especially on older or poorly maintained properties where an idea of budgeting for future expense is required.

Isolated inspection of an area or complete roof surveys, backed up by an easy to understand report and photographs, can be carried out from ground level utilising a telescopic camera mast and remote camera technology to view and photograph areas without the use of expensive scaffolding.
